Program Director

Former HR Director of ARC International Group and Asia-Pacific HR Director of the Lafarge Group, J-M Aulotte is now a consultant and lecturer in international HR. In addition to being director of the EXPERT RH program at Alternis Business School, he is also responsible for the “HR Strategy and Policy” module.

In a complex economic context, with a recovery of growth still conditioned by inflation, HR managers will have to reposition humans at the center of strategies and priorities, clarify new managerial practices, manage QVCT and GEPP, improve performance and social dialogue within organizations.

This is why we train human resources managers capable of developing an HR strategy. Their missions: advise and support managers in the field, implement HR projects and support change within companies, supervise personnel administration, and negotiate with social partners.

Number of training hours in the second year : 510 hours

Continuous assessment, Project file, National examination, Skills booklet, Employability booklet, Activity reports, Oral examination, Dissertation defense

A diploma obtained or in progress equivalent to bac+4 / bac+5 (Master, MSc, MS, MBA...) in humanities, law, economics, management, or political science.

  • Review of the application's eligibility.
    Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis to minimize waiting time.
  • If the application is deemed eligible, the candidate is invited to a motivational interview with a selection panel.
  • The Alternis panel's decision is sent to the candidate in writing. If accepted, the candidate can then proceed with administrative registration for their chosen program.
